  • Will my insurance cover this treatment?

    Many insurances will cover Mental Health and Substance abuse treatment (SUD). SUD medications and Drug screening tests should be covered by your insurance

  • How do I know if you are in network with my insurance or not?

    We will be inform you if we are In Network( accept insurance ) or not.If so,we will bill your insurance for your visits.

  • What happens if Medivira is out of network with my insurance?

    If we are Out of Network (do not accept your insurance ),you will have to make a payment for the visit after which,we can provide you a claim to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

  • Will my insurance reimburse me the entire amount I paid to Medivira for out of network services?

    That amount depends on your insurance & if you have any Out of Network benefits. You can contact your insurance to get a rough estimate, before your visit

  • Do you accept HSA and FSA cards?

    Yes.You may also use your FSA & HSA accounts to pay for the visit and to pay the copay or deductible

  • When do I pay my copay or deductible?

    Copay or deductible is expected to be paid before the appointment.
