What if I don't have Insurance ?

Will my insurance cover this treatment?

Many insurances will cover Mental Health and Substance abuse treatment (SUD)

Weight loss visits and medications may or may not be covered

SUD medications and Drug screening tests should be covered by your insurance

We will be inform you if we are In Network( accept insurance ) or not.If so,we will bill your insurance for your visits.If you have a deductible or co-pay, you will be responsible for it at the time of your visit.

If we are Out of Network (do not accept your insurance ),you will have to make a payment for the visit after which,we can provide you a claim to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.The amount that will be reimbursed will depend on your insurance.

To enroll in E-Bill express

click Enroll on the log in screen.

Enter your site-account number (found at the top of your statement) and zip code and click Validate
Enter your name, phone number,email address, and click Continue to Login & Password.
