Will my insurance cover this treatment?
Many insurances will cover Mental Health and Substance abuse treatment (SUD). SUD medications and Drug screening tests should be covered by your insurance

How do I know if you are in network with my insurance or not?
We will be inform you if we are In Network( accept insurance ) or not.If so,we will bill your insurance for your visits.
What happens if Medivira is out of network with my insurance?
If we are Out of Network (do not accept your insurance ),you will have to make a payment for the visit after which,we can provide you a claim to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.
Will my insurance reimburse me the entire amount I paid to Medivira for out of network services?
That amount depends on your insurance & if you have any Out of Network benefits. You can contact your insurance to get a rough estimate, before your visit
Do you accept HSA and FSA cards?
Yes.You may also use your FSA & HSA accounts to pay for the visit and to pay the copay or deductible
When do I pay my copay or deductible?
Copay or deductible is expected to be paid before the appointment.

If you don't have insurance, we charge $165 for the initial visit and $125 for the follow up visits.
